Wonderstory is a Barcelona-based family photography studio that captures precious moments in photo & film. I led Wonderstory’s rebrand and website redesign with a goal to elevate the client experience.

Customer journey
Initially I was tasked with a simple logo redesign, however we soon realized that the brand needed a bigger, more holistic update. I started by defining the customer journey in order to see which visual touchpoints had the biggest impact on a potential client’s brand perception. As a result, I focused my efforts on the website, pricelist PDF, and a brand identity refresh.

Pricelist PDF
The Pricelist PDF is a comprehensive guide and introduction to Wonderstory that is sent out to the client after the initial contact. When designing this PDF I wanted to communicate a sense of clarity and ease for clients who might have some questions or reservations about the photo/video session. I also intended it to feel like a premium, yet approachable experience.
Before-the-session PDF
Clients who have purchased a photo session would receive this PDF that outlines what to expect from the session. I worked closely with Tami, the photographer, to answer most questions or concerns that clients have without overwhelming them with reading material.
Instagram stories
Since Instagram was the main marketing channel for Wonderstory, I helped Tami bring more brand consistency into her IG grid, color scheme and stories.
